I saw the movie Reign Over Me last night, and its absolutely amazing. It takes a story that has the potential to be incredibly political, and doesn’t politicize it.
The great lesson that I learned from it: Life isn’t a fairy tale, and things don’t always get better, but if you have people to share the burden and the heartache along with you - life is just a little bit easier! And its those friends that stick with you even when things don’t get better, that really demonstrat love. “Let in the Unexpected”
