Diabetes, Heart Failure, Cancer, Blood Sugar, Trans-Fatty Acids, ATP, Stress, Heart Rate - its all complicated. Let’s simplify.
Go workout! Its simple enough. Working out means you’ll feel better, look better, sleep better, and actually be a whole lot healthier. Now, don’t complicate it. You don’t have to always worry about the right weights to focus on, making sure you have the right work out shoes for total complete wellness - just get moving.
I don’t have time: Yes you do! Think about the time you spend on facebook, online, at the mall, watching House, reading blogs, going to movies. You’ve got 30 minutes to help your body out!
I don’t have the money: You don’t need any. Just go walking outside, play basketball, go running, find a pool, run up the stairs by your apartment, go to a park. Its a lot nicer outside anyway
I don’t want to: If you don’t treat your body right, you won’t be able to do a lot of things, and slowly but surely you may not even be able to do the basic things you want to!
It’s not hard - keep it simple. Move.
