youtube wednesday: Christian vs. Christ-follower

Posted June 20th @ 10:27 am by Zach Gilliam

WOW!! This is pretty good…its a little long, but I still enjoy it. This video is actually a six-part series from Community Christian Church. You need to go watch all of them! This is my favorite:

DVD Playlist

Posted June 16th @ 10:50 pm by Jeff Riles

So I’ve been sick the past couple of days - so I’ve been either bed ridden or couch ridden. And as is customary when I get sick, I watch a ton of movies, so in place of my iPod Playlist, I’m going to do my movie playlist.
Children of Men
Freedom Writers
The Mighty Ducks

I absolutely love how The Daily Show made fun of the latest News9 weather promo.

Starbucks goodness

Posted June 16th @ 4:41 am by Zach Gilliam

Stopped by Starbucks today and got me a caramel Frappuccino (I love how spell-check doesn’t flag that one - we live in a wonderful world, don’t we??). Those Frappuccinos are great!

I love Scrubs. Here is one of my favorite clips:

Unintentional Racism

Posted June 12th @ 11:25 am by Jeff Riles

One of my best friends is Guatemalan. He’s probably one of the smartest people I know. Yet, sometimes - because we are close friends - I make fun of the way he says “physics.”
Another one of my friends, just became an American. He originally was a Mexican citizen. Incredibly intelligent and articulate. Since we are […]

Apple Keynote

Posted June 11th @ 2:13 pm by Zach Gilliam

So……the much anticipated WWDC keynote didn’t really bring much un-announced innovation this year. Yes, I a mac-fanboy and I love Apple, but I have to say that I was left dissapointed.
But, nonetheless, here are the major highlights that I find interesting (of course, with my commentary! ).

More games for OSX

“Yep, that’s nice.”
Always a criticism […]
