Only the best for Education

I’m taking an online August intersession class at OCCC and so I decided to get a jump start on it today…I’m turning over a new leaf this semester…

Anyway, it is a required computer class for my business major and it is going to be a breeze. How do I know?

I was reading through some of the material and came across this nice tip from the authors:

NOTE: For Windows 3.1 users, you must save all of your HTML files with names that end in .HTM, so in this case your file should be VOLC.HTM. Do not worry! Your web browser is smart enough to know that a file that has a name that ends in .HTM is an HTML file.

Yes, that’s right - for all of you 3.1 users, gotta be careful with the extensions. So this dates to what, Windows 95?

Well, I am off to complete my assignment of creating an HTML document with formatting by hand. I refuse to use only HTML since it is a step back in time, I wonder if I will get marked down for using XHTML and CSS like the rest of the developed web?!?
